New werc release

New support for Atom feeds, plus some fixes and minor improvements.

• Atom feeds!
• Update dirfilter to hide .html .txt and .tpl indexes from menu listing.
• Allow to hide ‘by line’ in blog posts by setting blogAuthor to ‘’.
• New helper function: crop_text
